Funds are invested and distributed as grants for recreational purposes, for social welfare and to improve the lives of residents in the Stubbington and Hill Head area.
The ward councillors for Stubbington and Hill Head are ex officio Trustees. The Council appoints three additional Trustees to administer the charitable scheme.
