COSTCUTTER, 167 WEST STREET, FAREHAM PO16 0EF

The Panel, presented with clear agreement between the parties as to the appropriate steps to be taken, has decided in the absence of the parties to endorse that agreement as set out within the Report. On this occasion, given all the circumstances, it had been agreed the parties need not attend the hearing, which was dealt with on the papers.
