To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Streetstcene Scrutiny Panel held on 15 October 2020. Minutes: A correction to the minutes of the meeting held on 15 October 2020 was agreed by the Panel to clarify that Councillor J M Englefield gave apologies for non-attendance at the meeting due to work commitments for the NHS.
RESOLVED that, subject to the amendment referred to above, the minutes of the Streetscene Scrutiny Panel meeting held on 15 October 2020 be confirmed and signed as a correct record. |

Chairman's Announcements Minutes: The Chairman announced that she would like to extend her thanks to Councillor S D Martin for all his hard work during his term of office as the Executive Member for Streetscene.
As Councillor Martin has now taken on the Planning and Development Executive portfolio, the Chairman went on to welcome Councillor M J Ford, JP as the replacement Executive Member for Streetscene. |

Streetscene Scrutiny Panel Priorities To provide an opportunity for Members to consider the scrutiny priorities for the Streetscene Panel. Minutes: Councillor G Fazackarley left the meeting during this item due to connection difficulties.
Members considered the Scrutiny Priorities for the Panel and discussed the Council’s inspection arrangements of infrastructure on public open spaces, including signage, across the Borough.
RESOLVED that having considered the Scrutiny Priorities, the Panel agrees that a report on the inspection arrangements of infrastructure on public open spaces, including signage, across the Borough be brought to a future meeting of the Panel. |
