- Councillor Trevor Cartwright, MBE - Personal - Councillor Cartwright declared a personal interest in item 6 (1) – land to the East of Brook Lane and West of Lockswood Road in that his son lives in the property opposite the application site, and in addition to this he has been vocal in his views as Ward Councillor on this item and as such believes that he is pre-determined on this item. He made a representation as Ward Councillor and then left the room for the remainder of the item, and took no part in the discussion or decision on this application.
