Outside body

The role of this Committee is to review how policies, services and decisions support safe, well, independent and continuously developing people (adults and older persons) and Public Health; how they are implemented and how performance is evaluated and improved.  The Committee focuses on how the County Council is contributing to delivering the Wellbeing agenda for adults; social care; promoting independence and quality of life for older people; healthy and safe families; Public Health: the integration of Health and Care services and relevant financial management and scrutinises the provision and operation of health services in Hampshire.

Status: Representatives are appointed by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Government Association.
