Tenders have been received for a Design and Build contractor to provide a full architectural design and construction service for the western wards swimming pool and associated leisure facilities. The tenders do not include the actual construction costs which will be in addition to the tender sum and developed as the design progresses.
The tenders have been evaluated and it is recommended that the contract be awarded to Balfour Beatty in the sum of £1,459,230.
