Tenders have been received for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the work of the design and build contractor for the western wards swimming pool from design through to completion.
The Project Management services include the role of Employers Agent, Construction Project Manager, Construction Design and Management (CDM) Coordinator and Quantity Surveying.
The tenders have been evaluated and it is recommended that the contract be awarded to BAQUS Partners PLC in the sum of £99,900.
To award a contract to BAQUS Partners PLC for the sum of £99,900 to provide the construction project management services for the project to provide the western wards swimming pool and associated leisure facilities.
